Bellavere is exclusively and online store.
2. How do I know if a product will fit my space?
We provide detailed measurements and sizing information for each product on our website.
3. What is my shipping lead time?
Orders are processed the same day/ next working day for dispatch with the courier guy, our courier partner:
Local (Gauteng): 1-2 days
National: 2-7 days
4. What do I do if something I really want is out of stock?
Please contact support@bellavere.co.za. Our support team will get in contact with you regarding future stock.
5. Can I exchange or refund items?
Yes, you are welcome to email us at support@bellavere.co.za to start the process. Please check our returns policy under our terms and conditions to ensure that you qualify.
6. Can I cancel or alter my order?
Once an order has been dispatched no changes can be made, however you will be able to make an exchange or return for a refund once you have received the product.
