  39. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

    1. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our return policy conditions.

    2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  40. Return Policy

    This Policy forms part of the Bellavere (Pty) Ltd Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

    If you’ve changed your mind, you’re welcome to return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving them. Here’s how to log & send back your return:

    1. Email us at support@bellavere.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order, letting us know what you’d like to return, along with your order number.

    2. Make sure items are unused, in their original packaging, & in a resaleable condition.

    3. Package the product securely so it’s protected in transit.

    Our team will review your request & get back to you within 24–48 working hours to guide you through the process. We handle the return via our courier partner.

    Once your return has been received & assessed, we’ll offer a

    • a cash refund via your original payment method

    Please note:

    • Original delivery fees aren’t refundable & return shipping remains the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged.

    • Return courier costs are calculated based on your location & parcel size, & will be deducted from your refund total. This applies even if your original order qualified for free shipping or a flat-rate delivery. For an estimate before placing or returning an order, feel free to email us at support@bellavere.co.za.

    • All return requests must be logged via email. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate returns via social media, phone calls, or WhatsApp.

    • Refunds are processed via the same payment method used for your original order. It may take up to 2-14 working days for the funds to reflect, depending on your payment gateway of choice.

    • After logging your return, you’ll have an additional 7 days to get the item back to us. Returns beyond this period may not be accepted.

    Received something faulty or damaged?

    We take extra special care to quality-check every product before it leaves us—but if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’ll sort it out. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Here’s what to do:

    1. Email 2–3 clear, well-lit photos of the issue, waybill and packaging to support@bellavere.co.za, along with your order number.

    2. Include a short description so we understand what’s wrong.

    3. If return is required, please package the product securely for transit.

    Our team will review your query & respond within 24–48 working hours to advise on the next steps. If approved:

    • We’ll arrange for the item to be collected via our courier partner.

    • Once received & assessed, we’ll issue a replacement, or a cash refund, depending on availability & your preference.

    Please note:

    • All return requests must be logged via email.

    • Refunds are processed via the original payment gateway & may take between 2-14 working days to reflect.

    • Replacement items are dispatched only once the original product is received.

    • After logging your return, you’ll have an additional 7 days to arrange collection. Late returns may not be accepted.

  41. To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;

    1. package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;

    2. clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and

    3. include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

  42. Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery/collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery/collection.

  43. The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:

    1. faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

    2. damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

    3. damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;

    4. damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

    5. damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product;

    6. where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you; and in relation to Unboxed Deals or used products, signs of handling and/or repackaging.

  44. Please note that any extended supplier warranty is subject to whatever terms and conditions the supplier or manufacturer may impose. These are usually stated in a brochure or leaflet inside or on the product packaging or the supplier’s website. It is your responsibility to make yourself aware of any such terms and conditions.

  45. You can return a product to us, provided:

    1. it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;

    2. save in relation to Unboxed Deals, reconditioned products and used products, it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).

    3. it is not missing any accessories or parts;

    4. within 14 days of delivery to you or collection by you of the unwanted product. After 14 days, you can only return a product if it is defective; and

    5. it is not a product that cannot be returned like, but not limited to, – underwear, software, hygiene-related products etc.
